Research: How It Works
Step I: Assignment Parameters and Specifications
  • We develop a clear understanding of the position and it's requirements.
  • We review the job description and other parameters with an authorized individual within your organization prior to initiating the project.
  • We discuss the key points you want us to cover with potential candidates.
  • We develop a project strategy, including your input as to target companies, companies to avoid, geographic preferences, etc.
Step II: Project Execution and Development
  • We develop a database of target companies and positions.
  • We identify and contact the prospective candidates.
  • We introduce your company and specific opportunity to the potential candidates.
  • We qualify the potential candidates' experience and develop their interest in exploring your opportunity.
Step III: Assignment Communication and Project Reporting
  • During the project we encourage on-going communication so that feedback can be obtained and adjustments made.
  • As we find qualified and interested candidates, we will email their resumes to you immediately for your follow-up. Time is of the essence.
  • At the completion of the assigned hours, we will deliver a complete report documenting companies targeted and contacts made.
