The Basic Recruiting Process
Phase I: Candidate Development

The candidate development phase is labor intensive, involves extensive cold-calling and networking, and is a game of numbers requiring numerous contacts to yield each individual candidate.

  • We develop an understanding of the position requirements.
  • We develop a strategic list of companies and positions to target.
  • We identify who the potential candidates are.
  • We contact the potential candidates and introduce you, your company and your opportunity to them.
  • We assess their qualifications.
  • We develop their interest in the opportunity.
  • We prepare their resume.
  • We submit their resume to you for consideration.
Phase II: Candidate Management

The candidate management phase consists of the company's formal interview and selection process, relies on the one-on-one interaction between employer and candidate(s) and, ultimately, leads to a hiring decision. By not involving us in Phase II, You realize significant savings in recruiting costs as compared to traditional search fees.

  • You coordinate personal interviews and maintain contact with the candidate(s) throughout your selection process.
  • You conduct all professional reference checks and testing.
  • You negotiate the offer of employment and obtain the candidate's acceptance.
