Candidate Presentation:
Candidates deemed worthy of your consideration will be shared with you promptly. Time is of the essence. Your timely feedback is critical as it affects the direction of our efforts as well as our ability to manage the qualified and interested candidate through your selection process.
Interview and Selection:
We will assist in coordinating interviews, reference checks and presentation/negotiation of the offer of employment.
Conclusion of Search:
The point of offer and acceptance is a very critical time for all parties involved. In addition, the challenges of the resignation require a particular understanding of the recruiting process and what is oftentimes an emotional time for the candidate. It is now that our objectivity and the credibility we earned throughout the process can help the candidate maintain focus any unforeseen developments arise.
Post Placement:
Our involvement in the process does not end at the point of hire. We will, as appropriate, follow up with both you and the successful candidate to assist with any transitional issues at the beginning of the employment relationship. This on-going communication is particularly beneficial to fully understanding your hiring process in anticipation of future assignments.
